mpw61145@gmail.com Mitchell Warner's documentation of Guam and Micronesia through the lens of his camera for thirty years has produced a library of more than 50,000 images on land, in the air and underwater. His extensive credits include still Commercial Photography from Architecture to Zoology, the FSM and the CNMI, calendars for IT&E, Mobil and Shell Oil, brochures, posters, products, reports, menu's, models, greeting cards, interior art-decor' murals and film documentaries with the BBC, video for CNN, PBS T.V. Specials and the Baha'i Faith Second World Congress.

As a Free-Lance Photographer he has mastered Aerial, Underwater, Product, Location and Technical Large Format photography. He is the photographer chosen by the clients of the Guam Percentage for the Arts Committee to provide Photo Art Decor for public places such as the Superior Court of Guam Chamorro Village and hotels; Has won first place in professional B&W and Color categories for the American Institute of Architects Photographic Competition 1990-91-92, numerous BEST photo of the year from the Guam Press Club and was honored with the Governor's Art Award for Excellence.

On any given day the versatile Warner can be found directing models and crew in a fashion photo shoot or commercial advertisement, photographing the ocean depths; climbing the slopes of an erupting volcano or hanging out the door of a helicopter to get the best camera angle.

He is the recipient of numerous photography and art awards for excellence and owns In-Depth Photography, the only multi-photographer stock Photo Agency on Guam, specializing in Micronesia. Warner resides in Malojloj, Guam. mpw61145@gmail.com

Nan Madol Pohnpei : The stone city of Nan Madol, Phonpei.  Using only primitive equipment the pre-contact Phonpeians quarried massive volcanic octagonal 'logs' weighing as much as 6 tons, to the shore, onto huge rafts, across the lagoon and precisely placed, with walls up to 20 feet high. The river image shows an exposed layer of the volcanic 'logs' similar to those used to create Nan Madol.
